The following items may need to be added to your Home Kit Build. Note: we provide the purchase of the initial kit above,
but the list of items below may also be needed. If you already have things in place you can leave those items out.
Ground Work/Site Prep/Gravel
The location needs to be clear and ready. Gravel may need to be brought in. If you are unsure how
ready your site is, one of our team can come out and make an assesment to confirm where you're at.
Base: Concrete Pad or Concrete Foundation/Basement
Your Home will definitely need to be put on a foundation. Options are for a concrete slab/full foundation on prepared ground.
Roofing (ice & water barrier & steel)
The building kits come with tongue and groove roof slats - but for water tightness you will want the ice/water barrier and the steel roof.
We can supply this - or you can find another provider, or as always, you could do it yourself.

High Quality Stain (wall protection)
We recommend nothing but the best. Our team can do this for you - or we can point you in the right direction.
If you would like that extra layer of protection, and year round use, we can add insulation and sheathing.
This would be recommended for the Cabins and will be necessary for Homes.

Each kit includes: 2×6 studs, stud screws, siding, corner blocks, trims & extending the roof overhang 12"

KENTUCKY has a total footprint of model 32′ x 32′ for 1024 sq’ which includes the covered deck. The main building is 24′ x 32′ or 768 sq’ with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and a large open living area. The side wall height is just under 95″ with a ceiling height at the center of 16′. The vaulted ceilings throughout provide a spacious open design. The front deck is 32′ x 8′ for a total of 256 sq’ of covered area to relax. Floor plans can be modified as needed. An optional loft over the 2 bedrooms can increase storage space.
